Our factory specializes in the manufacturing of professional pet cremation incinerators and complete animal cremation equipment for veterinary clinics, animal shelters, pet farms and animal husbandry enterprises. This series of pet cremation furnaces adopts mature high-temperature combustion technology, with a stable furnace temperature range of 550℃ to 1200℃, and single batch processing capacity covering 30–70kg to meet different daily processing demands. Constructed with thick 310S stainless steel inner liner, the incinerator features dual secondary combustion chambers to realize thorough flue gas treatment. It effectively eliminates peculiar smell, cuts down smoke and harmful gas emissions, achieving outstanding environmental performance with zero odor leakage. Equipped with an automatic push feed system, the equipment avoids direct manual handling of pet carcasses, greatly improving operation safety and reducing labor costs. Every pet cremation machine is equipped with a safety design featuring low surface temperature to prevent scalding accidents for operators. The whole machine comes with a one-year full warranty and long service life. Our products have passed CE certification, with multiple capacity options available and simple on-site installation. Whether you need small-sized dog cremation incinerators or large animal cremation furnaces, we can provide customized solutions to safely, hygienically and eco-friendly dispose of livestock, poultry, cats, dogs and all kinds of animal carcasses.

Place the equipment in a flat, well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials. Check that the furnace door is tightly sealed to prevent flue gas leakage.

Clean the pet's remains and wrap them in biodegradable cotton cloth or a special cremation blanket. Ensure the pet's weight is within the equipment's carrying capacity and remove any explosive or hazardous materials such as plastics or lithium batteries.

Preheat before placing in the furnace. During cremation, the temperature gauge and combustion status need to be monitored regularly. Cremation time varies depending on weight: approximately 20-40 minutes for kittens, and 30 minutes to 3 hours for puppies.

After combustion, allow the furnace temperature to drop naturally to a safe range. Ash Collection: Wearing gloves and protective gear, gently sweep out the ashes. Use a magnetic tool to remove any possible metal debris (such as collars or chips) to ensure the ashes are pure.
