Batch roaster's working temperature is 200-210'C,20-30 minutes Roast the peanuts to the right degree of maturity to bring out their good smell.
Put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin,the double rollers will friction red skin, the simple cyclone system will suck the red skins,most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor.
Select good quality peanuts to ensure that high-quality peanut butter can be made.
Using colloid grinder to make grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below7um.temperature of grinding is controlled below68℃.
The prepared peanut butter is put into a vacuum tank to prevent the peanut butter from deteriorating or losing it's original flavor.
Filling volume is adjust able high-precision anti-drip filling system, stable and durable with long service life.
