Our egg grading machine is designed for commercial and industrial use, combining efficiency, precision and versatility to meet the demands of poultry farms, egg processing plants, packers, wholesalers and hatcheries. With a production capacity of 3600–5400 pieces per hour, it delivers consistent and reliable grading results for every batch. The machine features accurate weighing with adjustable sorting parameters, supporting multi-level classification up to 7 grades. It also includes light detection of bad eggs to ensure only high-quality products move forward. Built with durable food-grade stainless steel, it ensures hygiene compliance, easy disassembly for cleaning, and a long service life. Low cross-contamination risk, low maintenance requirements and reduced waste make it a cost-effective solution for mass egg processing. From feeding to sorting, grading and counting, the system automates every step, minimizing manual labor and maximizing productivity for your operation.

Eggs are automatically fed into the machine through a dedicated conveyor system, minimizing manual handling and ensuring a steady, damage-free flow.

Eggs are gently aligned and stabilized on the conveyor, ensuring each egg is properly positioned for accurate weighing and grading.

Each egg is individually weighed by a precision mechanical system, then directed into designated lanes according to pre-set weight ranges (available in 5-grade or 7-grade configurations).

Graded eggs are transferred to collection bins or packing conveyors, ready for packaging, further processing, or direct sale. The entire workflow maximizes efficiency while lowering labor costs.
